【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthecharacteristicsandperformanceofgypsumboardswithmatreinforcementintendedtobeusedinbuildingconstructionworksincludingthoseintendedforsecondarymanufacturingoperations.Itincludesboardsdesignedtoreceiveeitherdirectsurfacedecorationorgypsumplaster.Gypsumboardswithmatreinforcementareselectedforuseaccordingtotheirtype,size,thicknessandedgeprofile.Theboardscanbeusedforexampletoprovidedryliningfinishestowalls,tofixedandsuspendedceilings,topartitions,orascladdingtostructuralcolumnsandbeams.Otherusescanbeforfloors,ventilationandsmokeextractionducts,cabletraysandsheathingapplications.ThisEuropeanStandardcoversthefollowingproductperformancecharacteristics:reactiontofire,watervapourpermeability,flexuralstrength,andthermalresistance.Thefollowingperformancecharacteristicsarelinkedtosystemsassembledwithgypsumboardswithmatreinforcement:shearstrength,fireresistance,impactresistance,directairbornesoundinsulation,acousticabsorption.Ifrequired,testsshouldbedoneaccordingtothecorrespondingEuropeantestmethodsonassembledsystemssimulatingtheenduseconditions.ThisEuropeanStandardalsocoversadditionaltechnicalcharacteristicsthatareofimportancefortheuseandacceptanceoftheproductandthereferencetestsforthesecharacteristics.ItprovidesfortheevaluationofconformityoftheproducttothisEN.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcovergypsumboardswithmatreinforcementwhichhavebeensubjecttoanysecondarymanufacturingoperations(e.g.insulatingcompositepanels,boardswiththinlaminationetc.).ProductscoveredbyEN520orEN13815areexcluded.
