【摘要】:TheSCSIcommandsetdescribedinthisdocumentisdesignedtoprovideefficientpeer-to-peeroperationofinput/outputlogicalunitsbyanoperatingsystemusingblocktransfers.TheSCSIcommandsetassumesanunderlyingcommand-responseprotocol.ThisSCSIcommandsetprovidesmultipleoperatingsystemsconcurrentcontroloveroneormoreinput/outputlogicalunits.However,themultipleoperatingsystemsareassumedtocoordinatetheiractionsproperlytopreventdatacorruption.ThisSCSIstandardprovidescommandsthatassistwithcoordinationbetweenmultipleoperatingsystems.However,detailsofthecoordinationarebeyondthescopeoftheSCSIcommandset.
