【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesprocesses,requirementsandrecommendationsforthebreakdownofprojectmanagementstructures,collectivelycalledprojectbreakdownstructures,intermsofthevariousspecification(i.e.requirements),functional,product,work,cost,businessandorganizationalbreakdownstructuresthatareestablishedandimplementedtocontributetothesuccessofaspaceprogramme,whichisoftencomposedofoneormoreprojects.Itisintendedtocomplementandsupplementsimilarprojectbreakdownstructureprocesses,requirementsandrecommendationscontainedwithinISO14300-1,whichservesasahighertierInternationalStandardforthisInternationalStandardandforsuchotherspacesystemsandoperationsInternationalStandardsthatrequireformalprojectbreakdownstructures.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthevarioustypesofprojectbreakdownstructuresandgivesprocesses,requirementsandguidanceconcerningthecompositionofthesebreakdownstructures.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoprojectbreakdownstructuresforaproject,includingatthetoplevelofaprogramme,i.e.level0,asindicatedinISO14300-1.Itisintendedtobeusedeitherbyanindependentdeveloperasapartialbasisforprogrammeprocessesorasabasisforanagreementbetweenasupplierandacustomer.ThisInternationalStandardalsoprovidesdescriptionsofthekindsofprojectbreakdownstructuresthatarecommonlyusefulincontributingtothesuccessofaspaceproject.OtherprojectbreakdownstructuresnotdescribedinthisInternationalStandardalsooftencontributetothesuccessofaspaceproject.
