【摘要】:ThispartofISO6145specifiesamethodforthecontinuousproductionofcalibrationgasmixtures,containingtwoormorecomponents,frompuregasesorothergasmixturesbyuseofcriticalorificesystems.Byselectionofappropriatecombinationsoforificesandwiththeuseofpuregases,thevolumefractionofthecalibrationcomponentinthecalibrationgasmixturecanbevariedbyafactorof104.Additionally,itcanbechangedbyafactorof102bychangingtheinitialpressuresintheorificesystems.Theuncertaintyofthemethoddependsmainlyupontheflowcalibrationmethodandthevariationsintemperatureandoutletpressure.Therelativeexpandeduncertaintyinthevolumefractionobtainableforabinarymixture(atacoveragefactorof2)is3%.Itpre-mixedgasesareusedinsteadofpuregases,muchlowervolumefractionscanbeobtained(seeAnnexA).Themassflowratesorvolumeflowrates,fromwhichthemassorvolumefractionsaredetermined,canbecalculatedandcanbeindependentlymeasuredbyasuitablemethodgiveninISO61451.Themeritsofthemethodarethatmulti-componentmixturescanbepreparedasreadilyasbinarymixturesiftheappropriatenumberoforificesisutilized,andthatalargequantityofcalibrationgasmixturecanbepreparedonacontinuousbasis.Therangeofflowratescanbefromseveralmillilitresperminutetoapproximately10Fmin.Althoughparticularlyapplicabletopreparationofgasmixturesatbarometricpressure,themethodalsoprovidesameansofpreparationofcalibrationgasmixturesatpressuresabovebarometricpressure.AnnexBgivespracticalhintsontheuseofthemethod.
